Glimpse is an AI tool that analyzes and provides insights based on people’s searches on the web and other social media, and you can also use it as a browser extension.

How To Use Glimpse?
Here’s how it works,
Keyword Lookup
Insert your keyword in the search bar. For instance, I typed cloud hosting.
For that keyword, I want to analyze the trends for my needs.
Or, you can select a category from the options below based on your needs.
Here is the monthly search volume for my keyword.
You can alter the options according to your needs.
So, the options are as follows:
- you can select any country or choose the worldwide option.
- If you want to see the past week’s trend, you can choose.
- In categories, You have many options like technologies, business, jobs, etc.
- The fourth option is to choose web search, news, Google Shopping, or YouTube trends. It will provide a trend analysis based on the selected option.
You can see in the above picture, that there were 38,000 searches for ‘cloud hosting’ in the past month.
Also, the trend increased by 8% in the past week.
Interesting, right? There’s also a feature called ‘Get Alerts’.
To receive alerts, save your tracking keyword in Glimpse.
In the picture below, I demonstrate this.
You have two options,
- Auto: This will notify you of every change in your tracking keyword, whether it goes up or down.
- Recurring: This sends you information based on your settings, be it monthly, weekly, or quarterly updates.
Additionally, there are five options for your convenience:
- You can share on social media
- Embed the data
- Download a CSV file
- Download a report in Google Sheets
- Download an image report of the trend

Keywords Searched By People
Scroll down to view the people search topics related to your search topic.
In the picture below, you can see that it provided approximately 289 results for my related topic.
In the picture below, you can see that among the 289 results, there were 12 questions asked by people on Google related to my keyword.
The tool provides valuable insights, in my view.
Another feature is the ability to view trends on different channels.
The channels offered by Glimpse for trend analysis include Google, Amazon, YouTube, TikTok, Etsy, Walmart, and Pinterest.
Not only channels, but you can also see the results sorted by search volume, keyword difficulty, competition, growth, and CPC.
You can select these criteria and view the results based on your needs and preferences.

Related Trending Queries
The related trending queries page provides trending queries related to your topic.
As you can see in the picture above, it offered me over 72 related trend queries, which are very useful for writing a trending blog.
On the right side, it displays the channels where these related topics are trending.
For my topic, it was mostly trending on LinkedIn.
It will also show similar information for your searched topics.
Similarly, it provides data about which region the topic is most trending in.
This option is really helpful for conducting keyword research to choose the right region for the blog you wish to rank.
Glimpse Topic Map
The Glimpse topic map shows the most related topics for your given keyword.
Additionally, there is another feature in the topic map.
When I click on the ‘cloud hosting’ option, it presents two choices: ‘Search on Google’ and ‘Search on Glimpse.’
Selecting ‘Search on Google’ takes you to the SERP (Search Engine Result Page) for more information.
On the other hand, choosing ‘Search on Glimpse’ analyzes and discovers trending topics for the selected keyword.
Discover Trending Topics
Discovering trending topics is all about selecting a category according to your needs.
For instance, if I choose ‘Artificial Intelligence,’ it provides me with a list of trending topics and names of AI tools as results., as shown in the below picture.
You can also explore each particular topic in more detail, and it shows you the growth rate of each keyword.
Tracking Dashboard
On the Tracking Dashboard, you can track your selected keyword.
Initially, I set a cloud hosting keyword to get an alert for every up and down.
This is the keyword displayed in the picture above.
Every alert keyword is saved in the tracking dashboard.
You can view the keywords in this option to monitor your keyword growth.

I particularly like the ‘Get Alert’ option because I can track a selected keyword and get notified about its fluctuations.
